The terms "we," "our," and "us" in these conditions refer to ZEEKSACK. The following terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereafter referred to as "you") with us.

By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this document ("the terms") as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy. This text is quite lengthy and objectively rather dull but important. Therefore, make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order.

Your personal privacy is important to us. We always process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, and we have a privacy policy that is updated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on May 25, 2018. We reserve the right to change the terms as needed, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms that applies to your order is the version available on the website at the time of your order.

Pricing Information

All prices on our website include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

We clearly specify the costs for delivery and estimated delivery times during the payment process. If it becomes necessary to split your order into multiple shipments, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent shipments.

Offers during special promotions are limited to products in stock. It is not allowed to combine discount codes with other promotions or already discounted items. If a discount code is used in conjunction with other offers that further reduce the price, Zeeksack reserves the right to invoice the customer the difference. We also reserve the right to terminate or modify offers at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct prices in case of obvious errors. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect pricing during promotions or products mistakenly listed as free. In these cases, Zeeksack has the option to cancel the order and offer the customer to make a new purchase at the correct price.

Payment Options

Zeeksack offers a wide range of payment methods, including invoice, installment payment, direct payment, and card payment. The available options may vary depending on the customer's country and are presented at checkout.

Credit Check: We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, reject applications for payment by invoice or installment payment. When paying by card, we check the card's validity and available balance as well as that the buyer's details match our records.

Fees: Zeeksack is not responsible for any fees incurred due to late payments. If you have questions regarding this, please contact our payment partner directly.

Other: The customer must provide a valid email address when ordering and immediately notify us of any changes. We reserve the right to send payment reminders and other messages to the specified email address.

Ordering Process

Orders are placed directly through our website. If you have questions about how to place an order, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

After an order is placed, we send a confirmation via email. Should any obstacles prevent us from fulfilling your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfill, you will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If we deem an order to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. To proceed with the order, you must follow the instructions we provide for identifying yourself as the purchaser.

Formation of Contract

A purchase agreement is considered final when Zeeksack has confirmed your order, and you have received an order confirmation via email. We encourage you to save this confirmation for future needs. It is possible to cancel your order until it has been confirmed by us. In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded.

Delivery Information

Zeeksack is committed to handling your order with the utmost care and aims to deliver in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. An accurate and complete delivery address is crucial to avoid delivery problems. The customer is responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Information about our various delivery options and associated terms can be found at checkout and on our website. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For some regions, we also offer an express delivery option, which means prioritized handling.

Delivery times for both standard and express delivery are presented when choosing the shipping method. Keep in mind that actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Especially during periods of high demand, deliveries may take longer than usual. If a delivery delay is of significant importance to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Damaged Goods During Transport

If you discover damage to the package or product upon delivery, it is important that you immediately contact our customer service, no later than two days after the package is received. Please document the damage with pictures and send them to us. After we have agreed that the damage occurred during transport, we will replace damaged goods, provided they are in stock.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer of Zeeksack, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days from the date you received your order, without having to provide any specific reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear message to us with your contact details and order information. It is important that this message is sent within the withdrawal period to be considered valid.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the entire purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery, as quickly as possible. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. The refund will incur no additional costs for you.

The goods must be returned to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after you notified us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. A full refund is guaranteed provided that all items are returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation compared to the product's original value if it concerns a used or damaged product.

To facilitate the return process, make sure to follow our applicable terms for returns, which you can find under Return Policy. It is important that the package is not sent directly in a mailbox, as these shipments risk not being delivered. Save the receipt from your delivery point as proof.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the condition of the item until it has been returned to us, which means you are also responsible for the product during the return shipment. To ensure that the product is not damaged on its way back, we recommend that you pack it well.

Free returns apply only to up to five products per customer. If you have ordered more than five products and wish to return more than five, you must bear the cost of the return shipment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Right to Complain

As a customer of Zeeksack, you have the right to complain about goods that prove to be defective or do not match your order. If you discover a defect in a product, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. We consider a complaint within two months after the defect was discovered to always be within a reasonable time. However, your right to complain expires three years from the receipt of the item.

Examples of defects that may give rise to a complaint include, but are not limited to, missing seams or defective zippers. On the other hand, damages that have occurred due to normal wear and tear or incorrect handling are not covered by the complaint right.

In the event of an approved complaint, Zeeksack covers the cost of return shipping. To get assistance with the shipping, contact our customer service. Approved complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer purchase laws and may include repair, replacement product, or refund.

Digital Products

Zeeksack offers digital gift cards, which are valid for purchases on our website. These gift cards can be purchased and used in accordance with the terms stated here.

Prices and Payment: The value of the gift card corresponds to the amount you pay at the time of purchase. No additional fees are added. The gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns: The same terms for withdrawal and returns that apply to our physical products also apply to digital gift cards. This means 100 days of withdrawal right from the receipt of the order.

Validity: The gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. The validity period is not affected by any returns where amounts are refunded to the gift card.

Colors, Dimensions, and Weight

We strive to present and describe our products' features and colors accurately. However, it is important to note that the actual color representation may vary depending on your screen or device.

The dimensions and weight provided for our products are only intended as approximate estimates, designed to give a general understanding of the product's size or shape. Differences may occur based on the product's material and manufacturing.

Liability

Zeeksack aims for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee, provided that you follow our return conditions.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in the performance of our services that are due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

We try to resolve any disputes in agreement with the customer. Should we not reach a resolution, the customer has the opportunity to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform to submit complaints.

Assignment

Zeeksack reserves the right to assign or pledge our claims, including those arising from your order, to a third party.

Validity of Clauses

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyright, associated with Zeeksack and our website belong to us. The use of our website and its content is only permitted for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly agreed with us.
